100% advance payment is required before dispatch.
Dispatch

Export Surplus Ratio
Mixed ratio in size / colour / design may vary. Proper set-wise ratio cannot be guaranteed for export surplus lots.
Return / Damage
Damage or shortage concerns must be informed within 2 days of receiving the parcel with proper proof, including parcel opening video and invoice/LR details.
Replacement Policy
No refund. Replacement only where applicable after review and approval.
Transit Damage
Seller is not responsible for damage caused in transit/logistics. Logistics related concerns must be handled with the logistics partner.
Cancellation
Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
Photo Disclaimer
